Alex co-founded Call Force Global in 2026 with a focus on building world-class BPO operations from the ground up. As President of Operations, he oversees client delivery, workforce management, team performance, and the day-to-day execution of call center and virtual assistant programs across the Caribbean and Latin America.
His approach to operations is hands-on and people-first. Alex is responsible for scaling remote teams, developing quality assurance frameworks, managing client relationships, and ensuring every program meets performance benchmarks. He brings a practical, results-driven mindset to building operational processes that work at scale.
Based in Toronto, Alex thrives in collaborative team environments and believes that strong operations start with strong people. When he is not optimizing workflows or reviewing QA dashboards, you will find him outdoors or tracking down the best coffee in the city.
