Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Call Force Global ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at callforce.global. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

We believe in being straightforward. We collect only what we need, we do not sell your data, and we are happy to delete it if you ask.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you interact with our website:

  • Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, company name, and the message you write to us.
  • Job applications: Your name, email, phone number, location, resume or work history, and any voice recordings you submit as part of the application process.
  • Account information: If you are a staff member, your name, email, and login credentials for accessing the dashboard.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit our site:

  • Analytics data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, device type, browser, and general geographic region. This data is collected through Google Analytics and is not tied to your personal identity.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and operating system. This is standard information that web servers log during normal operation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: When you fill out our contact form, we use your information to get back to you.
  • Processing applications: When you apply for a position, we review your information to evaluate your candidacy. Voice recordings submitted with an application are transcribed and analyzed with automated tools that assess things like clarity and fluency. A person reviews the results, and no hiring decision is made by software alone. If you would rather not be assessed this way, email us and we will arrange a manual review.
  • Improving our services: We use analytics data to understand how people use our website so we can make it better.
  • Operating our platform: Staff account data is used to provide access to internal tools and dashboards.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources.

Google Analytics does not collect your name, email, or other personally identifying information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages perform, which includes heatmaps and session replay of on-page activity such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out at choice.microsoft.com, and browser Do Not Track or global privacy control signals are respected by these tools where they support them.

A cookie notice appears on your first visit. Analytics is on by default, and choosing Decline switches Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity off in that browser and clears the analytics cookies we can reach.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from social media platforms.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:

  • Vercel: Website hosting and content delivery. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Hetzner: Cloud servers in Germany that run our internal automation and applications. Hetzner's privacy policy is available at hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Supabase: Database storage and authentication. Your application data and account information are stored in Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics as described above. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Usage analytics including heatmaps and session replay, which records how visitors move through and interact with pages. Clarity masks text input by default. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Spam protection on our forms. It checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Cal.com: Meeting scheduling. If you book a call, your name, email, and any details you enter are processed by Cal.com. Their privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.
  • Resend: Delivery of transactional email such as confirmations and replies. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for clients. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Fonts are served from our own servers, so no font provider receives your IP address when you visit this site.
