Quick answer
Call Force Global hires remote agents who live in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, Belize, Guyana or Colombia, and nowhere else. The work is home based on US business hours, pay is hourly, and every agent is contracted directly by Call Force Global. One application covers all six countries.
Looking for remote work?
One application covers all six countries. Your profile is matched when a campaign fits your languages, experience and shifts.
Apply to the talent poolPick your country
Each country page covers the desks agents there work, a campaign's hours on your local clock, the home setup the application asks about, and how pay and contracts work.
The one-line fit under each country comes from the country comparison on Call Force Global's client-facing pages, so it tells you what kind of work tends to land there. The desks themselves overlap a lot, because Call Force Global runs the same non-licensed scope in every country, and one application covers all of them.
If you live somewhere else
Then Call Force Global cannot contract you, however strong your background is. Hiring is tied to where the company can lawfully contract and pay somebody, so there is no remote-from-anywhere option and no visa sponsorship. The large global BPOs recruit far more widely, and their own careers sites are the reliable source on what is open where you live. Our page on jobs like Concentrix lists where else people look.
What stays the same in every country
The work is home based and follows US business hours. Seats include call center agent, outbound sales, appointment setter and virtual assistant roles, and all of them are non-licensed: agents front, qualify, service and support, and anything that needs a licence goes to the client's own staff by warm transfer.
Pay is hourly, and every agent is contracted directly by Call Force Global on independent contractor terms, not through a labor broker. The rate varies by campaign and market and is stated in writing in the offer for a specific role. Call Force Global never asks a candidate to pay for training, equipment, a background check or a placement.
Before placement, every agent passes the CFG Academy, a two day programme that ends in a written exam and a recorded roleplay, with a pass mark of 85 out of 100. Once you are live, coaching comes from someone who knows your campaign, and the company is small enough that whoever reviews your calls knows your name.
Healthcare and overnight work from home
Some healthcare and after-hours campaigns need agents who follow approved scripts, document calls accurately and work outside standard business hours. The work can include non-clinical scheduling, message intake or a scripted critical-results relay under a client's written procedures. Agents do not diagnose, interpret clinical findings or give medical advice, and HIPAA training for those campaigns is delivered separately from the Academy. On the application, choose Healthcare only if it reflects your experience and tick Overnight only if you want that schedule.
