Quick answer
Call Force Global contracts agents in Belize to work from home on English-language US campaigns. Belize keeps Central Standard Time all year, so it matches US Central from November to March and sits an hour behind it in summer. Campaigns run on Eastern time start early by your clock. Pay is hourly and you contract directly with Call Force Global.
Looking for remote work?
Belize is one of the six countries Call Force Global contracts agents in. Apply once and the team matches you to campaigns that fit your hours.
Apply to the talent poolBelize and the US Central clock
Belize is on UTC-6 all year and has not used daylight saving since 1983. It lines up with US Central, which suits campaigns run out of Texas and the Midwest.
Belize is the only country in Central America where English is the official language, a legacy of British Honduras, which became independent in 1981. Its neighbours work in Spanish; its schools and government work in English. That makes Belize an English-language market for voice work, and our Belize operations page treats it that way.
The clock is what sets it apart within the Call Force Global footprint. The IANA time zone database records Belize's last daylight saving change in February 1983. Every other country we hire in is on UTC-5 or UTC-4. Belize, on UTC-6, is the one built for a Central Time head office.
What time you would start
US clocks change on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November. Belize's does not, so a campaign's start time moves on your clock twice a year:
| If the campaign runs | In Belize, mid-March to early November | In Belize, early November to mid-March |
|---|---|---|
| 9am to 5pm Central | 8am to 4pm | 9am to 5pm |
| 9am to 5pm Eastern | 7am to 3pm | 8am to 4pm |
| Noon to 8pm Eastern | 10am to 6pm | 11am to 7pm |
The second row deserves a moment before you apply. A 9am Eastern start in July is 7am in Belize, so you need to be at your desk, logged in and settled at seven. Some people like that and finish by mid-afternoon. Others do not, and it is better to say so on the form than to discover it in week one.
The application's time zone list includes Central (CST/CDT). Choose it, and put Belize in the city and country field so the team knows you skip daylight time.
The desks
From Belize, Call Force Global runs tier 1 and tier 2 customer support, insurance first notice of loss and policy servicing, billing calls, appointment setting, live transfers and B2B prospecting. Seasonal work arrives as well: Medicare fronters cover the enrollment periods, pre-qualifying callers on Central time before warm-transferring them to the client's licensed agents.
Virtual assistant seats are part of the mix, including real estate assistants who handle lead follow-up, transaction coordination and listing admin for US brokers. All of it is non-licensed work. Quotes, plan advice and binding decisions belong to the client's licensed staff.
Do you need Spanish?
No. The Belize desks described on our site are English-language seats. If you also work in Spanish, list it on the application with an honest fluency level. Call Force Global's bilingual English and Spanish campaigns run from Colombia, and the Colombia jobs page explains how those are staffed.
Your setup
Work happens at home, so the application asks about the things that keep a shift running: your connection type and download speed, a second connection if you have one, your computer, a headset, a quiet room, and backup power in the form of a generator, inverter or power bank. The home office is checked before placement. Describe the setup you have today.
Pay and contract terms
Call Force Global pays its agents by the hour and contracts them directly, on independent contractor terms and without a labor broker. The rate for a seat varies by campaign and market and appears in writing in the offer for that role. So do the scheduled hours, the payment method and the start conditions, and you should weigh the rate against the guaranteed hours.
No legitimate step in this process costs you money. Call Force Global never asks candidates to pay for training, equipment, a background check or a placement, and real messages come from a callforce.global address.
One standard in every country
The CFG Academy is the same programme, with the same rubric and the same pass mark, in all six countries. An agent in Belize is held to exactly the standard an agent in Jamaica is held to: ten modules, a written exam, and a recorded roleplay scored against a seven-row, 100 point scorecard with a pass mark of 85.
Recording your introduction
The application ends with a 30 to 60 second voice introduction, and it carries more weight than any other field. A few things make it better. Close the door and use a headset instead of the laptop microphone, which picks up the whole room. Do not read. Slow down on names and numbers, because a phone line swallows consonants. Say your name, what you have handled, and one thing about it that was hard, then stop.
