About the role
Agents handle calls and messages for US companies that hire Call Force Global to staff their desks. Each agent learns one client's program and stays on it, working from a quiet room at home on that client's US hours. The job is 100% remote: there is no office to report to in any of the six countries.
It is a non-licensed role. Agents front, qualify, service and support. When a caller needs a licence, a quote, a binding decision or a clinical judgment, the agent warm-transfers them to the client's own staff.
What you will do
Your desk depends on the campaign you are matched to. The programs Call Force Global runs give agents work such as:
- Inbound customer service by voice, email and chat: account questions, billing, orders and returns.
- Insurance first notice of loss intake, claims status and policy servicing calls for US insurers.
- Medicare fronting: qualifying callers and warm-transferring them to the client's licensed agents, without recommending or enrolling a plan.
- Lead qualification and live transfers for home services, solar and B2B sales teams, plus appointment setting on their calendars.
- B2B outbound prospecting and meeting setting.
- Healthcare patient access for US practices: scheduling, reminders, new-patient intake and eligibility checks.
- Technical support and onboarding for software customers.
- Virtual assistant and back-office work: scheduling, inbox and CRM upkeep, and data entry.
Whatever the desk, every call is judged on the habits the Academy scores. You open by identifying yourself and the company, ask questions that build on the last answer, acknowledge an objection before answering it, and read back a specific next step with its date and time zone. Afterwards, the CRM note and disposition have to match what happened. On Colombian desks all of this happens in English and Spanish.
Who can apply
People who live in Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Guyana or Colombia. Those are the countries where Call Force Global contracts and pays agents, and the list is complete: there is no remote-from-anywhere option and no visa sponsorship.
Each country has its own page with local shift times and the desks agents there work: Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Guyana and Colombia.
Requirements
- You live in one of the six countries above.
- A desktop or laptop computer to work on.
- A USB or noise-canceling headset.
- An internet connection that holds for a full shift. The application asks for your connection type, your measured download speed and whether you have a second connection from another provider or mobile data.
- Backup power, such as a generator, an inverter or a power bank.
- A quiet, dedicated room you can close.
- Spoken English that a US caller can follow without effort on a phone line. Colombian desks also need working Spanish.
- A 30 to 60 second voice introduction, recorded or uploaded with your application.
- A fixed weekly schedule you can hold on US hours.
- A pass in the CFG Academy before your first campaign, described below.
Your home setup is checked before you are placed on a client program, and each campaign sets its own minimums for equipment and connection.
Experience and education
Call center experience is not required for every seat. The application accepts every level from no prior experience to five years and over. Outbound sales, SDR and appointment-setting seats are screened on a different bar and lean on phone experience, so a first-timer is usually matched to customer service or virtual assistant work.
The application does not ask about formal education. A campaign can set its own criteria for its seats.
Working hours
Agents work US business hours, set by each campaign on US Eastern or Central time. Campaigns run on fixed coverage, so a seat comes with set hours that do not flex around individual schedules.
None of the six countries changes its clocks. The United States does, on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November, so a campaign's start time moves on your clock twice a year. Here is where a 9am Eastern start falls:
| Country | Clock, all year | Mid-March to early November | Early November to mid-March |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jamaica | UTC-5 | 8am | 9am |
| Trinidad and Tobago | UTC-4 | 9am | 10am |
| Saint Lucia | UTC-4 | 9am | 10am |
| Belize | UTC-6 | 7am | 8am |
| Guyana | UTC-4 | 9am | 10am |
| Colombia | UTC-5 | 8am | 9am |
Overnight seats on some healthcare and after-hours campaigns are offered only to applicants who opt in on the application.
Training before your first campaign
Every agent completes the CFG Academy before placement, in all six countries and against the same pass mark. It is ten modules over one weekend, with 8.5 hours of teaching, then a written exam and a recorded roleplay scored against a published 100 point scorecard. The pass mark is 85.
If you miss it, you get a coaching debrief and one retake within a week; a second miss means the bench, not a campaign. No row on the scorecard deducts a point for accent. Campaign-specific training, such as HIPAA training for healthcare desks, is delivered separately.
How contracting and pay work
Agents are independent contractors, contracted directly by Call Force Global rather than supplied through a labor broker. Pay is hourly. The rate varies by campaign and market and is stated in writing in the offer for a specific role, together with the scheduled hours, the payment method and the start conditions. Read the hourly rate next to the guaranteed weekly hours before you accept.
Call Force Global never asks a candidate to pay for training, equipment, a background check or a placement. Anyone who asks you for money in its name is running a scam, and genuine correspondence comes from a callforce.global address.
How to apply
Apply on the talent pool application. It has five required steps:
- Personal information, including your city and country.
- Role and experience: choose Call Center Agent or the closest position, and your experience level.
- Campaign fit: your languages and fluency, the industries and call types you have worked, the dialers and CRMs you know, and your home setup.
- Availability: hours per week, your time zone and your preferred shift in Eastern time.
- A 30 to 60 second voice introduction, recorded in the browser or uploaded from your phone.
After you submit, your profile enters the matching pool. The team contacts you when it fits an active or upcoming campaign, and the Academy comes before placement. Applying is not a job offer and does not confirm that a seat is open in your country today.
