Quick answer
Call Force Global hires remote customer service agents in Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Guyana and Colombia. You answer calls, emails and chats for US companies from home, on US business hours, as an independent contractor contracted directly by Call Force Global. The Colombian desks work in English and Spanish. No call center experience is needed for many seats, applications never close, and every offer states the hourly rate and the guaranteed weekly hours in writing.

What a customer service agent does
US companies hire Call Force Global to staff their customer service desks, and each agent learns one client's program and stays on it. A customer service desk handles the people who contact the client: you resolve what they came for or route it to the right person on the client's team. The programs Call Force Global runs give customer service agents work such as:
- Account questions, billing, orders and returns, by voice, email and chat.
- Order status and returns for online stores.
- Technical support and onboarding for software customers.
- Claims status and policy servicing calls for US insurers.
- Patient access for US healthcare practices: scheduling, reminders, new-patient intake and eligibility checks. This work is non-clinical.
It is a non-licensed role. When a customer needs a licence, a quote, a binding decision or a clinical judgment, you warm-transfer them to the client's own staff. Every call is judged on the habits the Academy scores: you identify yourself and the company, ask questions that build on the last answer, acknowledge an objection before answering it, and read back the next step with its date and time zone. Afterwards, the CRM note and disposition have to match what happened. The 100-point customer service rubric shows what applicants are scored against.
If you would rather work outbound, the remote sales jobs guide covers sales, SDR and appointment-setting seats, and the Remote Call Center Agent role lists every desk Call Force Global staffs.
The six countries
Call Force Global already contracts and pays agents in six hubs, and each has a page with local shift times, the desks agents there work and the home setup the application asks about. As it expands its hubs, applications are also welcome from elsewhere in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and South America. There is no visa sponsorship, and there is no remote-from-anywhere option outside the Caribbean and Latin America.
| Country | Desk language | Clock, all year | Country page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jamaica | English | UTC-5 | Jobs in Jamaica |
| Trinidad and Tobago | English | UTC-4 | Jobs in Trinidad and Tobago |
| Saint Lucia | English | UTC-4 | Jobs in Saint Lucia |
| Belize | English | UTC-6 | Jobs in Belize |
| Guyana | English | UTC-4 | Jobs in Guyana |
| Colombia | English and Spanish | UTC-5 | Jobs in Colombia |

Requirements
- You live in one of the six hubs, or elsewhere in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America or South America.
- A desktop or laptop computer to work on.
- A USB or noise-canceling headset.
- An internet connection that holds for a full shift. The application asks for your connection type, your measured download speed and whether you have a second connection from another provider or mobile data.
- Backup power, such as a generator, an inverter or a power bank.
- A quiet, dedicated room you can close.
- Spoken English that a US caller can follow without effort on a phone line. Colombian desks also need working Spanish.
- A 30 to 60 second voice introduction, recorded or uploaded with your application.
- A fixed weekly schedule you can hold on US hours.
Your home setup is checked before you are placed on a client program, and each campaign sets its own minimums for equipment and connection.
Applying with no experience
Customer service is the usual starting point for first-timers. The application accepts every level from no prior experience to five years and over, and a first-timer is usually matched to customer service or virtual assistant work. Outbound sales, SDR and appointment-setting seats are screened on a different bar and lean on phone experience.
The application does not ask about formal education, though a campaign can set its own criteria for its seats. What it does ask for is honesty: state your real spoken-language ability, home setup, time zone and availability, because those decide which campaign you fit.
Working hours
Agents work US business hours, set by each campaign on US Eastern or Central time. Campaigns run on fixed coverage, so a seat comes with set hours that do not flex around individual schedules. The hours field on the application starts at under 20 a week, so you can say you want part-time work.
None of the six hubs changes its clocks. The United States does, on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November, so a campaign's start time moves on your clock twice a year. Here is where a 9am Eastern start falls:
| Country | Mid-March to early November | Early November to mid-March |
|---|---|---|
| Jamaica | 8am | 9am |
| Trinidad and Tobago | 9am | 10am |
| Saint Lucia | 9am | 10am |
| Belize | 7am | 8am |
| Guyana | 9am | 10am |
| Colombia | 8am | 9am |
Overnight seats on some healthcare and after-hours campaigns are offered only to applicants who opt in on the application.
Training before your first campaign
Every agent completes the CFG Academy before placement, in all six hubs and against the same pass mark. It is ten modules over one weekend, with 8.5 hours of teaching, then a written exam and a recorded roleplay scored against a published 100 point scorecard. The pass mark is 85.
If you miss it, you get a coaching debrief and one retake within a week. No row on the scorecard deducts a point for accent. Campaign-specific training, such as HIPAA training for healthcare desks, is delivered separately.
How contracting and pay work
Agents are independent contractors, contracted directly by Call Force Global rather than supplied through a labor broker. Pay is hourly. The rate varies by campaign and market and is stated in writing in the offer for a specific seat, together with the guaranteed weekly hours, the payment method and the start conditions. Read the hourly rate next to the guaranteed hours before you accept.
Call Force Global never asks a candidate to pay for training, equipment, a background check or a placement. Anyone who asks you for money in its name is running a scam, and genuine correspondence comes from a callforce.global address.
How to apply
Apply on the talent pool application. It has five required steps:
- Personal information, including your city and country.
- Role and experience: choose Call Center Agent, the closest position for customer service work, and your experience level.
- Campaign fit: your languages and fluency, the industries and call types you have worked, the dialers and CRMs you know, and your home setup.
- Availability: hours per week, your time zone and your preferred shift in Eastern time.
- A 30 to 60 second voice introduction, recorded in the browser or uploaded from your phone.
After you submit, the team reviews your application. Seats are filled on a rolling basis, and the team contacts you when your profile fits an active or upcoming campaign. The Academy comes before placement.
