Payment terms for Call Force Global's services are established in the service agreement between Call Force Global and each client. Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:
- Invoices are issued on a regular billing cycle as defined in the applicable agreement
- Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice
- Late payments may be subject to interest or service suspension as outlined in the service agreement
- All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Undisputed portions of invoices remain due on the original payment date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Force Global and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Call Force Global in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
