Do your agents sell or enroll Medicare plans?
No. Our agents are fronters. They pre-qualify AEP and T-65 prospects and warm-transfer them to your AHIP-certified, state-licensed agents, who handle plan comparison and enrollment. The licensed activity stays entirely on your side, so your compliance posture does not change.
Are you HIPAA compliant, and how is PHI handled?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement, and the fronter perimeter scopes agents to pre-qualification only. Scripting and disclosures follow CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines, and every call is recorded and scored.
Can a pilot be live before October 15?
Yes. A typical Medicare AEP pilot signs over the summer and goes live after a 4 to 6 week ramp, in time for the AEP window. The recruiting bench is pre-vetted, so ramp is training and calibration, not sourcing.
What happens if an agent is not the right fit?
Pull them and we replace from the bench within 5 business days. No performance-improvement process, no severance line items. You are never stuck with an agent who is not converting.
