Outbound sales agency
72 meetings booked by three nearshore SDRs, at $12 an hour
An outbound sales agency needed experienced callers who could work inside its own stack without a long ramp. It got three, and a meeting feed its own clients could see.
Three nearshore SDRs booked 72 meetings with 57 companies across four campaigns between 20 August and 3 September 2026, billed at $12 per agent hour with no setup fee. Meeting records sync from the agency's own campaign portal into Call Force Global's, so both sides read the same numbers.
The situation
The client is a US outbound sales agency that runs campaigns on behalf of its own customers. It did not need a call centre in the usual sense. It needed sellers who could be dropped into an existing tech stack, learn four different campaign scripts, and start booking without the month of hand-holding that normally comes with an offshore team.
Two constraints shaped the deal. The agency bills its own clients on meetings, so volume mattered more than talk time. And it wanted the reporting to come out of its own system, not out of a spreadsheet a vendor emailed on Fridays.
What we ran
- Three SDRs, hired, certified and benched by us before the agency saw them.
- Four concurrent campaigns, each with its own script, qualification bar and calendar.
- Labour-only pricing at $12 per agent hour. The agency already had its own dialer and data, so it paid for people and nothing else.
- Attendance-based billing. Eight hours per agent per day, invoiced weekly on net 14.
- A one-way data sync. Meeting records are read out of the agency's campaign portal and written into ours, so a meeting exists in one place and is reported the same way in both.
What happened
Across the observed window, three SDRs booked 72 distinct meetings with 57 companies. The workload was not evenly split: one senior rep accounted for 48 of them, which is what you would expect when one seller has been on the same campaigns longest.
| Measure | Result | How it is counted |
|---|---|---|
| Meetings booked | 72 | Distinct company, time and rep. Duplicate portal rows removed. |
| Companies reached | 57 | Some accounts booked more than once after a reschedule. |
| Campaigns covered | 4 | Run concurrently by the same three reps. |
| Agent rate | $12 / hour | All-in labour. No setup fee, no dialer fee, no data fee. |
| Time to first booking, newest rep | 4 days | Certified 26 to 27 August, first meeting on the board 31 August. |
The ramp number is the one we would point at. The newest rep finished our internal certification on 27 August and had meetings on the board by 31 August, booking 12 in the first few days on the desk.
Why meetings booked, and not meetings held
We report booked rather than held here on purpose. Held status depends on the client attesting to each meeting after it happens, and at the time of writing 14 of the 72 were still awaiting that attestation. Booked is the number both sides can verify today. Anyone who quotes you a held or a closed-won figure should be able to tell you who confirms it and when.
Whether it’s day or night they are always ready to rock and roll. Reps are killers on the phone and unafraid of high volume. We’ve hired 3 reps from [Call Force Global] so far and looking forward to scaling even more!
Questions buyers ask about this engagement
How many meetings did three nearshore SDRs book?
Three nearshore SDRs booked 72 meetings with 57 companies across four campaigns between 20 August and 3 September 2026. Counts come from the client's own campaign portal, synced into ours, with duplicate rows removed.
What does $12 an hour include for an outbound SDR?
It covers the agent, their certification, campaign training, daily coaching and supervision. This client supplied its own dialer and data, so the rate is labour only. Programs where we supply the dialer and its local numbers price higher in the $12 to $18 band.
How quickly can a nearshore SDR start booking meetings?
The newest rep on this desk finished certification on 27 August and had meetings on the board by 31 August, four days later. That assumes the client's scripts and calendars are ready on day one.
Why report meetings booked instead of meetings held?
Held status depends on the client attesting to each meeting afterwards, and 14 of these 72 were still awaiting attestation. Booked is the figure both sides can verify at any time.
Client anonymised at our discretion. Figures are read from Call Force Global's operations portal for 20 August to 3 September 2026 and cover one engagement only. They are not a forecast and not a promise of similar results. Meeting counts are deduplicated on company, time and rep. This is a real engagement, not a modelled scenario.
