Pricing Approach
Transparent rates. Custom quotes.
We don't list fixed packages because no two BPO programs are alike. But we will tell you the ranges every time, and what moves a quote up or down inside them.
The Inputs
The 3 inputs that drive every quote
Every CFG quote is a function of these three. Change one and the loaded rate moves inside the published range.
Service type
A live-transfer agent on a Medicare campaign carries different training overhead than a virtual assistant doing email triage. Each service line has its own loaded rate band.
Volume + intensity
Calls per month, hours per seat per week, and how deep the qualification gets all affect the math. Heavy-script complex sales price differently from simple message-taking.
Compliance overlay
Medicare, HIPAA, PCI, FDCPA, TCPA. Each adds training cycles, audit cadence, and supervisor cost. The compliance footprint is the single biggest range-mover after service type.
Loaded Hourly Ranges
What you pay, by service line

Ranges reflect 2026 nearshore loaded pricing for native-English Caribbean and EST-aligned Latin America. Exact rate depends on the factors below.
Inside the Range
What affects your specific quote
Four factors push you toward the top, middle, or bottom of the published range for your service line.
Vertical compliance
Medicare, HIPAA, PCI, and FDCPA programs sit at the top of the range. The training depth, audit cadence, and supervisor ratio all increase with regulatory load.
Skill specialization
Bilingual English+Spanish, state-licensed agents, technical Tier 2 support, or industry-certified roles also pull toward the top. Specialized hiring takes longer and the talent costs more.
Volume tier
Past 50 seats, scale economics kick in: shared QA, supervisor leverage, recruiter pipeline efficiency. You sit at the bottom of the range. Past 100 seats we look at custom rates below the public floor.
Term commitment
A 12-month commit gives us hiring runway and earns you the bottom of the range. Month-to-month sits in the middle. We do not require annual prepay either way.
No Surprises
What you don't pay for
The loaded hourly rate is the rate. These are the line items that never appear on a CFG SOW.
FAQ
Common questions on pricing
Why don't you publish fixed pricing?
Because no two BPO programs are alike. A 10-seat Medicare team with HIPAA training, AHIP review, and bilingual closers prices very differently from a 30-seat e-commerce chat team on month-to-month terms. We publish defensible ranges so you know what to budget, then we configure the actual quote to your scope. Anything tighter without scope is either marketing fiction or a one-size-fits-none package.
What is typical for a 10-seat pilot?
For a 10-seat pilot at 40 hours per week per seat, you are looking at roughly 1,720 hours per month. At our middle ranges, that is about $17,200 to $27,500 per month all-in, depending on service mix. Pilots typically run 90 days with month-to-month terms, no annual prepay. We will give you a written quote within 24 hours of a configurator submission or a 15-minute call.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Past 50 seats you sit at the bottom of the published range, and past 100 seats we look at custom rates that fall below the public floor for that service line. Volume discounts come from real scale economics like shared QA, supervisor leverage, and recruiter pipeline efficiency. They are not promotional. We also discount for 12-month term commits, which give us hiring runway.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard is Net 15 invoiced biweekly against actual hours worked. Wire, ACH, and credit card all accepted. We do not require annual prepay, and we do not charge setup fees on hourly programs. For new clients with no payment history we may ask for a one-cycle deposit, which is credited back on the first invoice.
Can you match a competitor's quote?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and we will tell you which up front. If a competitor is genuinely cheaper for the same scope, we will either match or explain exactly what is different (training depth, supervisor ratio, QA cadence, native-English vs accent-coached). If a quote looks too cheap to deliver native-English nearshore at the same quality, we will say so rather than race to a number we cannot staff.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The loaded hourly rate covers the agent, the supervisor, QA, training, recruiting, payroll, dialer access, and standard reporting. The only line items you ever see beyond hours are custom integrations quoted up front, custom reporting builds, and pass-through telephony if you do not have your own dialer. Everything is on the SOW before you sign.
